Order Shipment 

1. It will take 2 business days to ship order. 

Order cancellation 

1. Once an order is confirmed, the user may cancel it before it is dispatched.
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. In case you need to cancel your order, please reach out to "Shiv-Ready Rangoli".
4. Refund for the cancellation order will be initiated within 2 days and will be processed exclusively through UPI.
5. An order cancellation incurs a fee of 10%.
